Bob from the South - Carp Fishing / The Winter 7"

Karpervissen is the first single from Bob Uit Zuid's debut album, which will be released in May 2022. Both the music and lyrics were written and created by Bob himself, Tim Knol recorded it. Guitars, synths, drums and beats with Dutch lyrics. On the song, Bob describes his love for carp fishing. And where many Dutch hip-hop artists are heading in the direction of cloud, millennial or trap rap, Bob Uit Zuid opts for a classic hip-hop sound. Musically, the comparison with the Beastie Boys is obvious, but The Black Keys, Osdorp Posse and Urban Dance Squad can be mentioned if clarification is desired.
