Very secretly and against all odds, Danny Vera has joined the Premier League of rock & roll.

For over twenty years he has been going his own way. Growing up with Cash, Orbison and Presley. Together with his wife Escha (tour manager) they choose their own path. Many personal setbacks too. But from Middelburg Danny Vera is slowly conquering the Netherlands. Without concessions. Independent. A hippie in a suit with a pompadour. Pacifist, vegetarian, loves to write protest songs. In his own way. His love for a good song is stronger than the urge for a radio hit. And yet his fan base is growing steadily. They come for his music, not for that one song. And nowadays full halls and a hit. All on his own strength, with his own music. Like a ride on a roller coaster.
