PRONK has been yodeling for years in the shadow of the Sallandse Heuvelrug. Songs bubble up jubilantly. The bands PRONK used to play in (The Prodigal Sons, 16 Down) preferred American coal over ABN. After all, for a brat from Luttenberg, Dutch was a language for wimps. 'Give me a Motörhead record', his mother once said to the record store around Sinterklaas, in posh ABN. 'Stoons, Ramoons or Iesiediesie are also fine' that spirit. After all, Dutch-language crap didn't suit him. Nowadays, PRONK has been rampaging the floor with the band Bökkers for years with festive, popular rock and roll in native language. He knew that a bit of R&R is universal. Regardless of tongue. Feels like slinging that crap on record. Rant without gauze. PRONK is not a drummer and not really a singer/guitarist either, but gosh... he could do the latter. However, he did not dare to play the drums. Old acquaintance and supreme rattler Henk Jonkers took his drum kit to Luttenberg and provided the tunes with a good dose of oenka boenka. The people of Excelsior Recordings gradually got wind of the musty cellar. They headed east where the unorthodox yodeling was received with a wagging tail. A deal was quickly sealed. And so the picture was complete. This first one is called 'Partymusic For Outsiders' and is the best when it is loud. If it tastes like more, then prepare yourself. Unshell and hop!
