Collection: Pace shifters

The Paceshifters have had a live reputation for a long time. The rock band from Zwolle has played everywhere since 2008, from basements in Canada and at SXSW to Pinkpop and Zwarte Cross. Since tilting record Brand New Plan (2021), they have also added increasingly ambitious, penetrating songs - melodic anthems about change and transience with a pinch of shoegaze and sometimes some strings. When they play as the opening act for Kensington, the Ziggo Dome suddenly seems very intimate. If they are standing somewhere in a dark coniferous forest, the whole world suddenly expands. You can hear that the three gentlemen listen to Bruce Springsteen and Death Cab for Cutie just as much as to Damien Jurado and Jeff Tweedy.
